Store Policies

These are the policies we outline for our business. By purchasing from us you agree to these policies.

Our Products

    • Our products come directly from Mexico from vendors we have purchased from.

    • Our products are made by hand or are artisans. They are not mass-produced and they may have minor imperfections because of this.

    • I do my very best to take the best pictures and present the products accurately, but there may be some differences in color.

Shipping
    • All items are shipped through USPS.

    • I generally ship between 1-3 business days. However, it may take up to 5 business days to ship! Please know that 5 days is not typical. Thank you for understanding.

    • All products will come with a tracking number.

    • Once USPS says the products have been delivered we will not issue a refund.

    • Shipping my be delayed due to weather or other circumstances outside of my control. 

Returns

    • Normally we do not take returns. However, if there is a flaw or something that was not addressed in the description, I will gladly issue a refund for the price of the product. Customer pays shipping and handling for the return.

    • We do not issue refunds for items that are on sale on the sale page. Those are all final sale.
